The apartment is located on the first floor of a villa. For four people. Quiet place with independent entrance, veranda, swimming pool, nice garden, private parking.
Fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and barbecue (extra). Living room and kitchen with ceiling fan, bathroom with shower (90x90), washing machine; master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, desk and aircon, second bed room with bunk bed, wardrobe, desk, ventilator. We provide linen, towels ,. WiFi and satellite television with around 30 ch. You can enjoy the garden, the swimming pool and the barbecue in a protected aerial with surveillance cameras.
We offer laundry services (one basket) Rs 300 and two bicycle (for rent on reservation).
Distance from the beach km 1,3. Bus stop 700 meters. Nearby supermarkets, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. Only 1 km far from the Albion lighthouse and his magic sea view. Perfect for families with kids, single or couple travelers and businessmen. Casa Ippina is located in a quiet residential area. Neighbors are nice and quiet. Albion it is not in a really touristy area, even if there is a Club Med, that's why it is so peaceful. Each morning at the beach you can have fresh fish directly from fisherman.
We will be happy to suggest you the best places to visit and the main excursions. On request, we organize, with our Kayak and our 4x4, sea excursions and island visit. We can offer the transport to the airport (2ways) at the price of Rs 2000 (usually taxy services 2 ways is Rs 3000). You can also rent a car for about Rs 1000 per day. Perfect for families with kids, single or couple travelers and businessmen.

Summary: Booking via FEWOdirekt und the direct contact to Filippo were really easy. Filippo and Diana welcomed us warmly, showed all the details in the house and around and made valuable recommendations for our 1st stay on Mauritius. For all questions during our stay we could ask Filippo, Diana - and Tommy - and they explained everything.The flat is upstairs (the owners live on ground floor). It has a combined kitchen (all necessary things for cooking are available incl. sharp knives!!!) and living room. Further a bathroom and two bedrooms. There are two verandas which can be used depending on the sun.The nice garden has a big pool surrounded by coconut palms, banana palms, lemontrees, grapefruit trees, mango trees, etc.. The parking space is inside the property with access through an electric door.The domicile is at the north edge of Albion in between a residential neighborhood and from there you have a quick access to bypass roads to reach destinations all over the island.In total it was really nice staying here and we enjoyed our holidays.Thanks again to Diana, Filippo and Tommy!
